Idaho Small Business Development Center (www.idahosbdc.org) – Otherwise known as the ISBDC helps in prototype concepts and small business direction.

Idaho Women’s Journal (www.idahowomensjournal.com) – Besides the magazine printed bi-monthly, the IWJ offers monthly networking meetings, marketing workshops, health support for the personal side of you, and a women’s show. This is where to go to find the connect.

SBA (www.sba.gov/about-offices-content/2/3115 – The Small Business Administration is a rich resource of start up help, guidelines and tools for knowing the “rules” of small business, and they send in regular articles to the Idaho Women’s Journal (which is so appreciated).

SCORE (www.treasurevalley.score.org) – Get counseling from people who walked in your shoes. SCORE is the acronym for Service Corps of Retired Executives. Great for a 50 thousand foot view of your ambitions.

Women’s Business Center (www.wbcidaho.org) – A great source for start up information and start up loans from banks. Their program sets a business up for banking purposes.
